Zero response to phones or live-chat after almost an hour of waiting. Unclear on whether the company is out of business or woefully incompetent.

I would not host anywhere else, reliable, robust, they don't outsource, all software that manages the account is written in house, none of this off the shelf software that you can easily find the security flaws to.
