Overcharged for disc space
My business has been a client of LFC for 15 years. Last year our credit card was charged over $2000 for one year of service for "extra disc space" - spam/old deleted emails. Despite dealing directly with VP (A. MacCorquodale) the charges were not reversed

LOVE LFC! Through all the issues common to Webhosts, they rock!
Been a customer since 2005 - As of this review, that's 9 years hosting 72 Websites. They experience all the issues common to Webhosts, but they always come through QUICKLY and with honest explanations. Additionally, they're always upgrading!

Good service, a little expensive
I've been with LFC for about 9 years now. Their service has been great, uptime is pretty good (there have been a few short outages) but I find them a little expensive and a bit behind the times, e.g. until recently my account had a 20 MB file limit.
