More than 9 years using this service, I always receive help by the technical support. I have also been able to receive improvements to my hosting without additional costs. By the way, my IP has never blacklisted.

Known Spammers
They are well-known spammers. You should avoid hosting your domains as you will probably wind up in a blacklist.
Company Response: Hello. We has never had problems with shared IPs in the SPAM list. Our systems ensure that our customers do not send SPAM. Because of the specialized software in conjunction with cPanel, they check the e-mail to avoid an inappropriate use of the service.
